You can put any colour you want, just have a switch to turn them off when you are on the road.

I would think those colors would be illegal because those are colors on emergency vehicles

Just blue and red in Texas. We have had the green halos on my Daughter's Synergy for awhile now. Whenever it is running we have the lighting on. Nothing but thumbs up from the officers we've met.
