Heritage grill question.

Is there an easier way to get the bow tie off of the heritage grill other than having to take off the front fascia? sorry if this has been asked before, but i searched. thanks in advance

There was a thread a couple of days ago about this. Don't remember where, but you can take the triangular shaped radiator support off from under the hood and access it that way..

One of my friends was washing his car and the bowtie, mount and all came right off of his heritage grille... I don't think removal is complicated....

Just grab the chrome part of the bowtie and pull it out. It's only held on by 4 plastic tabs. That leaves the black plastic mounting plate which is held on by 2 screws to a backer plate behind the grille. Just unscrew it and that's it.

I'm sitting here looking at my Heritage bowtie I took off when I put my billet SS emblem. It's an ornament on my office desk.
