So I've got a 2010 SS ... What maintenance to consider?

Like the title says, I've got a 2010 2SS/RS. Now a 7 year old car I guess (how time flies)

I've had regular oil changes, tire replacements, brake pads, and I cleaned my vararam air filter

BUT

what else? Anything I'm neglecting? I've got 64,000 miles and I feel like there should be other things to pay attention to

Help!

Also, my AC quit working. At least it quit blowing cold. I've had to recharge it once before. Common problems in 2010's?

Id say your in the mileage to start thinking about new spark plugs and in another 10-15,000 a coolant flush

Is it an automatic? If so at 45k it should have had the fluid changed and tranny serviced. Other than that there isn't much to do but what you listed at 65k. The cabin air filter should be checked to and changed if it is dirty.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to check the owners manual service & maintenance section.

Clean the throttle body with a can of throttle body spray cleaner.

You probably want to change the timing chain....I think 60K is the recommended mileage. This is a big one.; timing chain breaks, valve job minimum, engine replacement maximum.

Timming chain on a v8 at 60K no way that is needed at that mileage. Timing belts on overhead valve motors. Yes. Not time chains at 60k.

I have a 2010 with 50,000 miles.

The brake pads are still more than 50%

Coolant was replaced at 40,000, but only because I had the AFM lifter TBS done. Otherwiswe good for 100,000 or more.

I changed the diff oil because I wanted to go racing. Otherwise good for 100,000. ATF also good for 100,000 under normal conditions.

I changed the air filter at 35,000. This is ahead of schedule, too, but there's a lot of pollen round here.

So basically, under "normal" conditions, all you need is oil changes for the first 100,000 miles.

change the diff oil 1qt of full synthetic 75w90 with 3oz of limited slip fluid. Some fluids come with the slip fluid in it so 1qt 3 oz
plugs and wires around 70k
being the car is new to you id replace all the fluids just so you know they're good.
the timing chain at 60k is for the v6 not v8 that chain is good 100k+
nice car.

Diff/trans fluid and cabin filter. To a lesser extent.....plugs, coolant and brake/clutch reservoir. Really no need to"flush" anything....just drain and fill.
