I know the feeling but it's better to have the warranty than Not when it's needed.

Did you also buy a powertrain warranty for your SC upgrades?
I assume you got the bumper to bumper extended through GM? Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2 |

Funny, I was just in the process of purchasing an extended warranty from Becky today. She is GREAT and came through again with a wonderful deal.
If you read this, thanks Becky, talk to you by the 10th! |

Which warranty and how much did you get the extended for? I've been in the shop a few times as well.
nrfan: who is Becky? I may be looking forward to getting in contact with her.

I know how you feel. I loved my Solstice, but that was on the rare occassion that it was driveable in the 2 years I had it. Had to dump it before the warranty expired, since I did not buy the extended one. So far, the Camaro has been prefect in 22,000 miles.
Drive train was perfect, but everything else on the car broke. From the top, to cup holders to the A/C to the wheel studs, to broken door handles. |

What is the standard powertrain warranty on these things anyway? 3years/36k or is it longer?

Power train is 5 years 100,000 miles. You should have the warranty book that explains everything that is covered and for how long.
