How long to receive title after Lien has been satisfied?

Im selling my Nissan so im paying it off on Monday with my credit card by getting a certified check and using the money from the sale to pay off my credit card. Now my question is, how long does it take to receive the title in the state of PA after the Lien has been satisfied?? Is it guaranteed to be an E-Title??

Not sure about payoff on lein, but it took 2 months from when I bought my Camaro in Nov until I got the title and permanent registration. (Paid cash) Dealer claims Harrisburg is all backed up!

In MN, it takes near 3 months to get the title when you buy a new car.

The title comes from the DMV and no i didnt get the title yet but PA is one of a few states who offers E-Title so the process is about 10 Days, it depends on how quick the bank can send PennDot the required documents for a lien release.
