looks like they had a bad batch put out, spoke with our rep there today about the situation and they are going through all the templates that they currently have, it may possibly be a change in the year models and this is something that they are looking into, how ever both RDP and Afco will stand behind these products and make sure that our customers are more than happy.

Same here, they both did a wonderful job taking care of me....so I wouldn't worry to much if you were unfortunate enough to get a bad HX.... Both vendor and company stepped right up and fixed everything for me...

I even got a tshirt, hat, chrome Camaro license plate frame and another thank you card from RDP... My experiences with them are top notch and I would buy from them again in a minute...
