I have H rated tires. That makes it easier but wrong. I am thinking I will replace them. I currently have Bridgestone Ecopia that are H rated and 22 or 24 pounds.

Tirerack has 7 V or W rated tires. There are a few of them 24-27 pounds that I might switch to to be safe.

I'll take a look at those options. Best solutions I've found so far:

Nitto NT555 265/50ZR18 (28.4" dia)
Nitto Motivo 245/55ZR18 103W (28.6" dia)

I had a Nitto 265/50/18 and it was pretty big. I mean personal preference but I felt like it was huge.

I daily on my M&H skinnies. Im on my 3rd set. Been on skinnies for well over a year now. Mine does great. Everyone that Ive let drive it cant tell its on skinnies just by casually driving it around other than the lighter steering feel. Draw back is your doing good to get over 10k miles out of them. Ive dialed my alignment in for them and can almost get 15k but they are wore competely out.

Does Forgestar make an 18 inch Drag F14? Only see 17 and 15 inch listed on their Site?

I’ve only found 18” fronts, not rear.

Is there a difference in how they're made our anything? Anything wrong with just buying their normal 18s?

From what I can find their regular and race versions are both one piece flow formed. What caught my attention were the highlights for the drag version - designed for high-load drag race applications, beadseat knurling, and light weight. Some have said they’re lighter than Welds.

I’ve seen some posts about fatigue cracking with the street version when used in race applications. Their website emphasises pre and post race inspections, but doesn’t dicourage it.

My drag F14 17x10 were 19 pounds and 18x8 were I think 21 and they are knurled although I still spin the wheel inside the tire constantly. It has spun all the way around.
