How much faster is a super sport compared to a v6

I've never driven a super sport, and I really want to know how much more kick there is.
However I know that if I drove an ss I would want my v6 traded in for a ss instantly.

Yes... you would. I did... and I'm glad of it. The "kick" is significantly more.

It's the Torque that makes the difference. Overall stock vs stock speed in say a 1/4 mile isn't mind blowing lol. Low 13 second SS vs Mid to upper mid 14 sec.

Think about it. less than 1.5 second difference.

Again it's the torque that gives that kick. And to be honest it really isn't that impressive. Heavy car. My 02' T/A stock ran similar times and had way more kick when you hammered it.

Well I've been reading the "giving someone a ride in your camaro" thread, and I have given a ride to some of my friends and they say its fast but still talk ____ because its a v6 which doesn't bother me because I know they are jealous. One drives an old beat up silverade and the other a Kia optima. My point being does the ss push you back into your seat more noticeably I guess? Sorry I'm just rambling now

Yes, the SS slams you back into the seat much more than the V6.

There's a big difference.

Keep in mind, there's also a big difference moving up to a Corvette or moving up to a Veyron. There's always someone faster, so keep that in mind when you're finding your place on the road.

Even thought the v6 has a decent amount of horsepower it lacks torque. When I had the v6 I considered it to be a fast vehicle. When I traded for a ss the difference is noticeable. The ss is crazy fast compared to the v6. The few times I drove it my hands were shaking form the adrenaline. Nothing like the torque of a v8
