That's not a real FICO Real FICO stops at 850. You've quoted a PLUS score, or something similar!

Back on topic though, went the PenFed route and got 4.75% for 72 months. I plan to pay the note off early, but wanted to leave a good cushion in my monthly budget for any emergencies, car add-ons, or (who knows) a house purchase, marriage, etc

two questions where in the hell are you guys just pulling 15 and 18 grand from and how in the hell do you get a credit score of 889????

man in this economy i'm surprised people are dropping HUGe downpayments on toys... but good on ya fellas.... The 889 is unbelieveable. I own my own home, have 60% available between available credit and current balances on all my credit cards (carry 40% balances) and I have one late payment on a car note from like 5 years ago that wasn't even my fault and that's the only negative on there and I've got like a 730... 889 is unbelieveable...

well my credit score is only 820. this is not a toy, well not ONLY a toy, I have a new house, put 40K down on it a year ago, after I sold my first one, I don't carry a ballance on ANY cards, I don't buy anything on a card that I don't have the money for so I pay off the ballance every month, and I am trading in my 2006 truck which is paid for in full and a few extra bucks for my down payment.........out the door I will only finance right at $20K for 6 years. Monthly payment, right at $325/month.

Paying $39,275 for Camaro. Loan will be 4.65% for 60 months. Joined the local credit union (per advice from dealership) because they have the lowest rates. We got approved and are not waiting for our car to arrive. We are putting 10k down and making about 3k off our trade. payments should be around $480 after tax.

In Ct I paid MSRP plus tax on a 2ss/rs, auto, RJT. I put 10,730.18 down, plus my 500 deposit, financing 26,985 with 3.99% through GMAC. They were able to match my credit union, who was going to match PenFed.org (3.99). Payment is 497 and change for 60mos. No early pay off penalty and platnium credit, fico over 850. Ordered 7/21 picked up on 8/25 and already 101 miles on her and she is awesome!
