+1 I have seen several MAF's trashed due to just a little Oil getting on them.

I've seen this post up for some time and thought nothing of it but it started bugging me. "What if I had a bad sensor", I thought to myself. I recently checked it. - K23.
Good, $80 I was happy to not have to spend.

Going to the dyno tomorrow, and just checked my maf a minute ago... It has a Zero, or a Q... great

Are the only ones that you SHOULD by aftermarket?

http://marylandspeed.com/strong-gm-m...af-p-3325.html

Or would an Autozone part work?

http://www.autozone.com/autozone/par.../N-jzsvyZ9gsmv

Would this affect hp numbers? Or just throttle response?

I have had my new Camaro SS for about one month and it just feels so slow and when you say Yours has a hard time burning tires mine is the same way if I don't slip the clutch tires wont burn or if I'm not going around the corner in first gear they wont break loose. My 2000 camaro ss felt stronger lol. I have no mods
As of yet and my maf is a x so i ordered my strong map today so when i do get some mods i hope it will really help. Even though it runs like a dog I still really like it. one day I'll figure out what the problem is. I hear guys on the site talking about grabbing the second gear and burning rubber and I can't grab first gear and burn rubber. Lol and i have done the fuse pull several times.

I went to the dealership this morning and they just so happened to have one in stock @ $126 out the door. Checked and it was a "Strong". I had to pick it up because the felt like it loss power after the upgrades. Quick install......and I'm a happy camper!!!!

Hope the new MAF helps. If you're not tuned, you might want to look into that, too. Should help you get the most out of your mods

I have been thinking about that and a cam. I have 14000 miles now so been going back in fourth with the warranty battle.

Are these single letter MAF's limited to 2010 and 2011, or also include 2012?

Mine is a '12, and it had the weak, single-letter MAF.
