You should just do what I did...get a black metal replacement bowtie and drill your plastic gold one out...very gently, but it will pull right out once you get a small driver under it and then clean the sticky pad off that is under it with some alcohol.

I was reluctant to take a drill to my new car, but it took about 5 minutes to do the whole thing.

Sunday, Went for a long drive, fueled it up , bath and blow dry,
into garage and then got ready for storage. The Chevy mall cover fits great and looks good!

Met up with a fellow SoCal HeadTurner for coffee and some chat
Got some awesome high quality, lifetime warranty, inexpensive 15% tint
