Yeap if he I had, I would have not. Not trying to step on toes, just get the word around! I don't just post "without looking"!

I was able to speak with the Oasis and they will do one check per table, just bring cash. The time will be from 1-3:30.(They could not push back the time due to the number of spots we will be taking up) After 3:30 our cars have to be moved to another parking lot if we stay, we will be in the front one till then. I figure the cruise will take us about half an hour or so, probably longer given the number of cars. I am trying to set up a pretty cool photo op for all of our cars together on the UT campus.(waiting on a call back) If that goes through that should take us to about 5 or so. That gives everyone about 30-45 mins to check out the campus, cool off, go back to the hotel, whatever. I then figured we would meet up, probably a large parking lot on campus(maybe the stadium), and head over to Cabela's. We will probably want to get to Cabela's decently early if we all want to park together. I am getting more information on that meet so stay tuned. I am still planning on sticking around Saturday night(probably downtown after the meet ) and hanging out Sunday for those of you who are interested. (breakfast and such) It's getting closer and I am excited to see all of your cars!!! Sorry things are changing guys, but this is the best I could come up with on a months planning and with the kinks that keep popping up. It's still going to be a blast to see the faces when 41(hopefully 50) camaros pull in at once to the car meet. See you all soon!

I will be working on this more tonight....work is hectic right now, bear with me.
Keeping it on the latest page

Ok, the UT photo-shoot is a no go. They want us to obtain a permit to shoot photos and you have to have insurance in order to do that. I knew there was a reason I hated that school. Anyways, I am going to plan a trip down to Austin this weekend to scope out photo spots. If any of you guys have an idea of places to look PLEASE send them to me!!! This and the cruise should help to fill up the time between the lunch and the car meet.

Hrm, If there's nothing going on at the Long center on the 20th, the roof of that parking deck should have a pretty spectacular view of downtown although I've never been on it. I've mistakenly gone there for Saturday events that were at a different location... no guards at the parking gate and completely deserted. The only thing going on Saturday are a couple of movies at 7pm, but this certainly wouldn't be a sure-fire thing, and we might draw a little attention, heh. I can try to check it out this weekend and see what it looks like.

The roof of the parking garages at the Triangle also has a neat view of Downtown, although further out. That'll be much, much busier on a Saturday though, no idea about the roof either. Again, wouldn't be able to lock in anything official.

SilverTurtle and I are in with the 45th! Once we get a count of the cars, we will get someone to mark off a section for us at Cabela's and I'll let them know when we are headed that way. Things haven't been getting going there until at least 7PM these days since it's so hot, but the earlier we get there....the better parking options we will have! If we get there early enough....I'd love to see all of us right in the middle of everything!!!
