Front End Swap Troubles.

Having an issue with a front end swap.
My Car 1994 Base V6
Donor Car 1999 Base V6

Seems like the 94 was involved in a front end collision. Noticed this after it only taking about 10-15minutes to tear off the ENTIRE front end end of the car, and replacing it with parts from the donor.

Now I've got all the body panels aligned, headlights(a little off but will address that later)
I swapped over the hood hinges, the brace with the hood latch on it and now my hood is off my about 1/2in.

Donor car was able to close aligned, and the 94's was a tad bit off

Any idea's on what I can do to get my hood to close properly?
