Shipping Charge?

I am trying to sell my rims on here and I have someone interested in me shipping them. How would I estimate how much it will be to ship them if they are not packed up yet.

take one down to fedex or whoever and ask them how much to ship it.

You can get estimates on fedex and ups websites. Just measure the wheels and tires and if you have a scale throw them on there to get an approximate weight. Once you input all the info it'll give you a price.

Also, if there's a greyhound station near you and near the buyer you might want to try that. It'll be the cheapest of all 3. I know because I looked into it when I was selling some wheels that were to be shipped to the Tennessee.

use shipnex, they are a ups/fedex reseller and 40-60% cheaper than direct with those two. You will print ups/fedex label and they will pick up just like normal....or quote out freightcenter.com on a pallet. my guess is $200 either way if they have tires

Look for a similar wheel on eBay and see what others are charging.

Just found them in the FS section. Not a bad price, you'll probably spend close to what you're asking for them in shipping charges

If you happen to be in Louisville soon , I'd go with you to FedEx Kinkos. I get 50% off shipping.
