I wish I had your problem, my car will spin thru 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and barks 4th. However my car is the polar opposite of yours so its not a very good comparison. Throw a turbo on it or some spray and you will wish for these days to return.

RevXtreme is doing it, they are about an 1.5hours from me. Going with the JRE Clutchpack upgrade and BMR bushings and 3.73 gears. I am hoping they will get me in tomorrow or saturday.

I have an AT and the 19" all-seasons, and have the same issue. Even with the nannies turned all the way off, my HUD will still show "traction control active" if I try to spin the tires. It doesn't show that message in the DIC, though.
