Nothing stopping you guys going to a reputable workshop that knows what they are doing and getting one fabbed up. Better than waiting 2 years, and you could always try getting them to make a kit and using your car as a test dummy.

What would I ask or say? "Hey, could you guys bore the heads, port the intake manifold and throttle body, upgrade the valves and valve springs with titanium retainers... oh, and by the way, could you build me a stroker kit to increase the displacement to 4.1 Liters!" ?? Because that in essence would be most of my plans minus the basic bolt-ons...
