Zex Nitrous Kit

Very excited just ordered a Zex nitrous kit. I will post up install pics when it comes in. Ordered the purple bottle of course! Bottle heater, remote opener, and purge. Got the hookup from RDP very good guys to deal with and great prices.

I would love to see some mounting pictures of the bottle in the trunk. Trying to decide where I want to put it.

Zex box mounted under vert tower brace. Lines and nozzle not installed at time of pic. Lingenfelter LNC2000 wire tied to brake box on the left.

Zex Nitrous Kit

Thanks for the pics! That's a hell of a bottle in the back. I'm thinking maybe to mount it on the passenger side to offset the weight on driver side.

I want it dead center but I think that will make my trunk useless and I do use it for getting groceries.

I have mine mounted where Dan does, and my NANO piggy backs the nitrous bottle.

How much you gonna spray?

Not sure yet. Was thinking 125 or 150.

Ya I can't wait. I had a Zex kit on a Trans Am. Never took it to the track with the nitrous but did find a few "empty airstrips" to test it out on. What a hit!

Ya I have been looking at nitrous kits for some time. Even had a Zex kit many years ago. It's the one kit that has all the functionality and safety built in and expandable up to 200hp! All for around 1000 bucks after purchasing remote bottle opener, purge, bottle heater, and switch panel. Find me a blower that does that for that price

Amen to that brother.... I just need to find a great installer.... most just go into instant pitch when I have already made up my mind....

Seems you gave a good list on all what is needed....
I'm getting my TSP headers and RotoFab intake first then I will contact RDP again to get them even if I have to drive out there....
I know someone here does it but so far the only ones I have seen with them are the Mopar guys.....

Need to follow up on this thread. I am putting the kit in next week. Wondering if anyone has pics of where they mounted the TPS box and where the TPS wire was tapped. Also looking for pics of lines being ran to the engine bay. Purge location and etc. Install instructions are generic so not much help.
