How did it fit? I'm looking at getting these instead of long tubes. Mine is a daily driver and I think the long tubes would be a pain.

one thing to you should realize, is that if you do throw a code. it from installing it wrong, or hitting a O2 sensor

My SS is a daily driver and I have Kooks Long tubes and high flow cats and havnt thrown a code yet with about 300 miles on them WITHOUT A TUNE. Dont waste the money with shorties. Go ahead and get long tubes, you wont be disapointed! There is nothing about long tubes that would be a pain. Get in touch with Maryland Speed on here to get an AWSOME deal on Kooks.

i agree , long tubes are really nice, and are very drivable in everyday driving. but running with a tune... idk about that

I dont have a tune yet. I am going to wait untill I put a cam in and then I will tune it. The long tubes are doin fine without a tune so far and sound mean as hell!

I have jba hight flow cats and not codes yet. I was going to get shorties to go with them but i was told that i would only gain 1-3hp. I didnt think that was worth $500

So is it safe to run a CAI, shorty headers, and high flow cats without a tune?
