I was strolling down the magazine aisle in safeway the other day and i came across the mototrend magazine that said "the 2011 mustang blows away all competetors". They were comparing the 5.0 liter 2011 mustang to the 2010 camaro. I'm not sure if that really counts or if the 2011 mustang will actually out preform the 2011 camaro but, i guess i am a little biased.

Not really much different than comparing the 2010 Camaro with the 2009 Mustang.

Check out some of the earlier threads on this.

To me it is good. Competition drives companies ro improve their vehiclea.

Gives me a great sense of anticipation to see what GM does next.

Well, the performance of the 2011 Camaro == the performance of the 2010 Camaro, so I guess it's a fair comparison.

as was stated, i doubt the HUD in the 2011 Camaro's would have amounted to much of a performance difference cuz thats pretty much all their getting next model year. On top of that i dont see the point of that whole "2011 vs 2010" thing when the mags are just trying to test whats actually available. Blame GM and dodge for starting the next MY Cars so late in the game.

actually it has been dyno tested, the HUD ads 37.653 RWHP. the increase in model year adds another 20 RWHP. i won't believe what any mag says until the 2011 camaros hit the streets

1st place is 5.0
2nd place is Challenger SRT8
and 3rd Camaro SS..

I dont agree personally with the last 2 places however i do like all cars so im not being biased i just dont think the challenger SRT8 beats out the Camaro SS and it is damn close in my opinion between Camaro SS and 5.0.
