When this new system comes up it will help eliminate
customer frustration just like you're all having right now.
The "SOLD" orders will be picked up by GM and processed.
The dealer won't be a factor other than ordering it correctly
with the proper equipment and order type. It's great news
for everyone who has trouble getting good info from their
dealers!!

Yes it's released to everyone at the same time,
it's just not in the quick easy place they usually find it. Right
now to price out a car you have to do it manually. First you
have to find the list not very difficult if you know where
to look.

Depending on your dealer's allocation and the number of sold orders hitting the system, that's just the way it works sometimes. In my case, my dealer is huge, has tons of allocation, and I had priority as his #1 2012 convertible order. Despite all this, my order still was not being pulled into GM's system and required intervention from Chevy. As such, instead of getting a 7.18 TPW I got an 8.1 TPW.

I'm pretty happy to have my car built, but it kills me a little bit to watch others getting their VINs and still have to wait another week and a half before my TPW!

Not really, the TPW for this order is 7/25, so
it's about right time to hit 3400. It does look
like things have gone well so far, so hopefully
everything continues to move right along......
