the new motor is moother than the "older" V-6, and it pulls very strong.

other than the V-6 sound, it feels like a V-8.

The A/C is NOT the coldest I have had in a new car recently.

Yeah, I felt like the SRX I drove with the new motor had a wider tq band than before and had a V8 feel

I'm stuck working this weekend, I will post pics as soon as I can. We are also getting pretty crazy down here preparing for a potential hurricane, so I'll do my best.......

it was ordered in April and I didn't get it until the end of July... you want to talk about a wait, lol

here is the really bad part, I was "told" it would come in on a Friday... called all day, it never came... called all day Saturday, it never came... but it did show up that night about 6:00ish, the dealership closed at 5:00, I drove by and saw them unloading it... and they ended up parking it out front of the showroom.... so I could drive by and look at it.... just not take it home, lol... and the next day(Sunday) they weren't open that day either so I had to wait to Monday morning, they opened at 8:00, I was there at 7:45... and damn, here are the 1st pics of it the night they unloaded it:

I said then i'd never order another new car, not for the hassle... because of the wait, lol

terrible quality I know, cell phone cameras used to suck, lol

I miss my 2008 cobalt SS Sport red Tint Coat

I had a cobalt ss/sc back in 2005 it was pretty quick before I totalled it. My best times were in the very low 13's so close to the 12's

The new V-6 engine really pulls strong. Sweet sounds and the automatic is geared perfectly.
Date of order 7-15, date of delivery 8-20. Pretty damn good.
Windows being tinted tomorrow, stripes going on in a few days.
Life is good.
Congratulations and Thank You from your Oshawa Build Team Best Regards from Canada
