Trading 2SS for semi-loaded Mini Cooper S. Worth?

I'm debating on trading my 2SS for a semi-loaded Mini Cooper S.
It's a huuuuuge move, but the gas mileage and the fun drive of the turbocharged S is tempting. I want to lower my payments a bit and save a lot on gas. Plus, they are offering 3 year free maintenance. I like to get a motorcycle in about a year and a half, so this move my benefit given I buy a harley type bike.

Honest opinions only please.

Should I think about it or should I just get slapped in the face and wake up? lol

I'm pretty sure most of the guys on here will call you crazy. I personally like the Mini Cooper, just keep in mind they're harder to work on and not as reliable as your 6.2L

I had two Mazdaspeed 3's before my Camaro, getting me over 30 mpg on the highway and accepting simple mods into big gains. Consider that, as well.

FORD? Yuk!

The only reason I consider going that small is because Mini is made by BMW and it's European. I'd like this car to last at least 6 years, before I buy my retirement BMW.

Better get that catch can as the Mini's have a more of an oil blowby than the Camaro.

3 Camaros later after trading in my 2011, 2010 Camaro. Guess what? I ended up buying another one because I woke up and slap the shit out of myself. You'll most likely end up doing the same thing.

That is actually what I would do, but the SS payments with getting a motorcycle will be a bit too much. Lowering my payments and expenditures on gas would allow me to get a bike. See where I'm coming from?

That's what I'm saying! The new Focus ST (well new here in the U.S. anyway) is sweet! If I were gonna buy a small car...I'd buy that LONG before I'd even consider the Mini...you know since I'm a guy. Plus the Ford has proven it's capabilities in Europe for past several years...as usual they sent us the Mini and kept the Focus for themselves over there.
