These are 3 doors right? Why did you pick this over the gen coupe? I like what you did with the rims and matching intake!

They are nice, quirky cars.

Did you pay over MSRP?
I was looking into one a couple of weeks ago. All the dealers around here wanted to charge 2-3k over MSRP.

That is pretty sweet, did you look at the Subaru WRX, its AWD and about 25K base? I am looking for a daily driver too. I have your same thought process, something good in bad weather and good on gas.

I looked at Chevy Sonic,Honda Fit,Mazda 3speed,and Ford Focus ST. I would have went with the Focus but it's only avail. w/a 6 sp manual and i wanted an auto, plus with the Veloster i'm getting an avg. of 34 mpg, the Focus can't touch that. If they ever put a 6 sp auto in that Focus....

I was also looking at the Focus ST too, and for the same reason I don't think I want it (stick). I love the Recaro seats and center exit exhaust. Since seeing Ken Block's videos, I have wanted a sweet lil DD.

Also, Ford is bringing the Focus RS to the US market and that beast will have about 350HP from an ecoboost 4. Can't wait to see that!
