Question Weird noise coming from pulleys?

Hey everyone, I have been hearing a noise from my engine and wanted to know if anyone can diagnose it? Is it a bad pulley or something? I have a 2013 camero lt v6.

The easiest way to go about it is to remove the serpentine belt and start the engine and confirm the noise is gone and them by hand spin up all the pulleys/accessories. GL

In your vid you are moving the camera around so quickly can't tell if one of the pulleys is wobbling or not. Do as stated above to see if it is even a pulley, spin them, try to wobble them for movement. But in my ear, and I turned up the volume, that doesn't sound like a belt or pulley, sounds kind of "internal", but I could be wrong..Good luck.
