Painted valve covers peal
Hey guys, what is the best way to paint them. I did my TB and valve covers in Chevy orange, the covers are starting to peal! This is the second time, lightly sanded and primed them, painted with high temp. Any thoughts I need to fix them up again.

Sand, clean with alcohol really well, use a good primer, follow directions on the can, a couple coats of automotive enamel, and a couple coats of clear will work.

I've never seen painted valve covers that didn't eventually peel.
