What are you trying to do?
If you are trying to fix the bottom of your picture getting cutoff, its happening because there is a limit to combined text and picture size (200 pixels). That is this big: Anything more and the rest gets cutoff. I suggest cropping the top part off, rather than shrinking its overall size.
