Would a rear spring at 440 lbs/in be stiffer? Or softer?

Spring rate is expressed in how many pounds of weight are required to depress the spring by one inch. The higher the number the stiffer the spring.

440lb/inch would be SLIGHTLY stiffer than our drop spring package. We selected a spring package that would retain the stock damper performance and longevity. That was accomplished by the spring rates we chose, as well as the lengths. Spring rates that aren't so stiff as they degrade ride quality or are too stiffly sprung for the stock dampers, and lengths that don't drop the car far enough to bottom the damper out constantly.

Thanks for the kind words guys! We certainly appreciate the pictures!
