I have to tell myself that "the ZL1 sucks be because it doesn't have the '14 update" and "the 305's up front on the Z/28 make it stupid to drive on the street, not to mention, you can't see anything with those standard headlights, and who doesn't have LED tail lights nowadays?!"
...well, it helps me sleep at night, anyway! Haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I'll bet there are more than a few modded 1LEs (and non 1LEs) on here that would give a stock new Z/28 a run for it's money with "equivalent" drivers.

Yes, that is for non-1LE Camaros to enjoy some of the suspension bits from the 1LE. My wife is actually wanting that for her V6.

Love the 1LE track pack upgrade on my 2010 SS. I've put 10K miles on it and 4 hours of track time, makes a big difference.

Oh, that? A bunch of guys cried foul in 2013 when the 1LE model launched as a coupe only, manual transmission only car. I believe the "1LE Track pack" is some suspension goodies for folks ordering an L99 equipped SS Camaro, so they can get in on some of the fun. The true 1LE has a unique transmission all its own that helps differentiate it from a basic SS, but if you can't drive stick, GM still has a consolation prize pack for you. (All tongue in cheek friendly ribbing towards my L99 brethren here on Camaro 5. I know you got me in the straight line all week and twice on Sundays. You're the faster model, I openly admit it.) |
