Dex-Cool & Top ups
My 2010 A6 Camaro with 10K kilometers is slightly low on coolant.
I read that one should mix clean tap water with Dex-Cool at a ratio of 50/50. Do I have to drain the existing coolant first or can I just add more to bring it above the "minimum" level? |

You can just add more, perfectly fine. 50/50 mix with water.
This coolant is good for a recommended 100,000 miles (~161,000km), though I'd recommend to change it about half to 3/4 that mileage. No need to drain it prior to that, unless of course you get the big mod bug! - Jeremy |
