JRE 416 LS3 EDELBROCK SUPERCHARGED BUILD

We have been hard at work and just a little too busy to take photos and video like we normally do so I am sorry for that.

Robert brought us his 2010 LS3 Camaro already equipped with an Edelbrock Supercharger because he was looking for more power.

We suggested Our Forged Stroker kit, because if your going to go through the trouble to install Forged internals you may as well UP the cubes and lower the compression.

Everything could not have gone smoother, we delivered the car today with 5 psi on the bottom and 10 psi up top, I will explain down further.

There is a lot of room for Growth now that the Forged 416 LS3 is in place, the only limitation now is the fuel system and more boost.

We are Extremely Pleased with the Results, Driveability, and Performance of this package KNOWING full well that when the time comes that Rob wants more power we can do the ADM fuel system and a Smaller Pulley with full confidence.

Current configuration is

Items we did;

JRE 416 9:1 Stroker Package
JRE Blower Cam package
Fidanza Twin disc Clutch
Cooling Mist Water/Meth
3.25 blower pulley
JRE Edelbrock fuel system upgrade
FAST 65 lb. hr. injectors.
JRE Dyno tune.

Items already on the car when it got here;

Edelbrock Supercharger
KB Boostapump
Kooks Headers and cats.
Magnaflow 3 inch Cat back

Future Upgrades;

ADM Fuel system
3.0 Pulley
More Tuning

Results 602 RWTQ 615 RWHP, Keep in mind how low the boost is, a low compression engine needs a lot more boost to show it's full potential.

It makes only 6.5 PSI at Peak Torque and 9.5 at Peak HP.

The current fuel system is what stopped us here.

This is Way More Power than the Poor Perellis can handle, They Won't Last Long because it Blisters the tires at will.

Here is the Current Graph, Red is Torque, Blue is HP, Green is Boost.

When we upgrade the fuel system and Pulley on this car it's going to be Killer.

How about it Rob, a New Dyno Sheet under the Tree for Christmas

What's your game plan for the fuel system?

And btw - your work has always been top notch. I can't wait to see what this thing does when she can finally stretch her legs.

I just got notice about a new drop in fuel pump from Aeromotive, that was released at PRI, I don't know when it will be available or if it will fit this application but I have my fingers crossed.

What was the compression of the 416 and how does the compression effect the boost down low and not up top, There appears to be substantial difference in the boost between the lower rpm range and upper.

Exciting, just looked them up and it seems they will be reasonably priced under the twin and triple fuel setups.

Excellent build btw

9.5:1, the boost curve is the nature of the Edelbrock supercharger, they all look like that.
