They can as long as they don't have a specified "OUTSIDE" sidewall.


Edit: if cornering and handling is really important to you, there is nothing wrong with the appearance of tires on wheels of max recommended width to perhaps half an inch wider. Most of the folks who don't care for that look can't look past the appearance to understand the why.

It's been stated several times, by you, me, and others, that yes you can rotate the tires (with a little extra work), but not the wheels.

We are saying the same thing in different ways.

My point is that when most people state "rotate the tires", they mean the entire wheel and tire. I'm trying to make it clear.

As you can tell by the numerous topics asking the same questions over and over and over, replies and answers need to be given as clear as possible.

Today a read on the new R&T issue, that their Camaro 1LE came with 20X10 on all 4 wheels.
New Camaro 1LE owners, please confirm this.
I still see on the Camaro web page 20X10 F & 20X11 R.
