Couple Questions before purchasing

Hi, I'm looking at buying some 20x9 Konig Airstrikes for all 4 corners and have a few questions before I make my purchase.

1. Should I go with the 35 or 45mm offset?

2. I'm planning on getting BFGoodrich g-Force Sport COMP-2 tires, should I get 275/40-20 or 265/40-20 since I think I remember reading they run a little wider than usual?

3. Where should I buy the TMPS's from?

4. Where can I buy some black lug nuts? Size?

Thanks!

IF those are the only offsets available, go with the +35's and run the 275/40/20's. I have been running STOCK OEM 20 x 9's with the 275's on the front for nearly 2 years, no issues at all and handle great. AS FAR AS THE LUGS.....get some Gorilla Lugs. get a hold of APEX as they sell them.

oops....forgot about the size..... they are 14mm x 1.5

Well assuming everything gets here quick enough I should have these installed by Saturday. But I have 1 last question.

Will I be able to fit all 4 of the original 19s in the car or am I going to need some help getting them home?
