I'd say they have a lot to work at in terms of customer relations, but they do have a good end product.

Why did you throw the adapters in the garbage? They seemed pretty well put together. Also, there aren't factory adapters... unless you cannibalized the stock speakers.

I threw them in the garbage because even after sanding the corners clear down the door panel would not go on. Remember I have a 2013 so aybe change there I don't know.

Yes I cannibalized those POS BA speakers and used the housing they were in.

Mine were ordered on the 3rd and are shipping tomorrow so maybe he's getting faster. I'll be posting install pics when I get them.

ordered my sets (which i already had gotten a set of fronts off of ebay and got them with in 4 days) on May 30th..
I just got notice today that they are shipping on monday.. 9 days after the order and payment.
couple of days to ship ok but any more than that not so much..

so now since i have the cad drawing already done i will just get a sheet of either abs, nylon or maybe even pvc and cut my own and be done by monday afternoon..

and then will sell them and ship them a lot quicker.. and with the way i will make them you wont have to disassemble the entire back of the car..

still not impressed guess i will have to wait and see what quality these are when i get them.. in another week or so......lol

You will have to disassemble the back of the car, or make cuts in the sheet metal if you plan on replacing the factory 6x9's.

Yes you do have to disassemble the rear deck which means gutting the rear of the car up to the rocker panels..
And no it is not 100 percent necessary..

Not only did I have to wait almost 10 days to get the front and rear speaker adapters from http://www.car-speaker-adapters.com, the rears are incorrect for what I ordered and they are pretty much a POS.. look pretty but are worthless..
I cant even use the ones that were sent.. and to wait another 10 days even if they can get the order right.. nope.
Even scarier is if they sent the correct ones.. then they just are not correct so that means that they did not make the part correctly any way.

I found a much better front adapter on ebay and am going to be cutting my own rear adapters on my waterjet shortly.

And with the way I am making the adapters for my car you will not have to gut the rear of the car.. yes you will have to destroy the stock crap speakers in the car but you will be able to install the adapters from inside the trunk and not have to disassemble everything.. very easy to do..

here is a nice little edit for you all..
they cannot even get the order right and of course when you try to contact these guys.. guess what.,...
the voicemail box is full and cannot accept any new messages.. and email. an even bigger joke.. no response from them in 5 days..

A lot of us would love to see a write-up on how to remove the 6x9's without disassembling the rear of the vehicle.

This exact thing is coming soon..
I started cutting the prototypes for the rear adapters yesterday and am making improvements today and will have a full functional adapter early next week..
I also am going to use a far superior material to the ones you can get on line from , car speaker adapters... they use a compressed foam and it will come apart in short order especially in the rear..
I will be using a solid (at this point) 3/16 to 1/2 inch thick ABS or stronger material and price will either the same or less than what you can get else ware.

Now to continue the story of my order from car speaker adapters..
As posted before I ordered for the 6 1/2 round speakers, well I got the adapters for the 6x9 instead..
couldn't leave a voice mail.. but did send some emails..
finally got a response from the email that I sent on Wednesday morning..
the response that I got on Thursday afternoon said that he was sorry for the mistake, nice enough, mistakes do happen,
but that since he would be closed on Friday (now remember he was sent the email Wednesday morning and replied Thursday afternoon as best I can tell) he would not be able to ship the adapter until Monday at soonest.
now this doesn't sound like an real effort to resolve a mistake..
Personally I would hand carry the package to the post office to correct the error so my customer would not have to deal with as little down time as possible.. next day would be best, 2nd day at worst..
but this of course will go ground. hmmmmm
