MGW Shifter & V6 - Not an option

I went over all the reviews and MGW had the best reviews and was a complete shifter replacement and not shaft only. I ordered the shifter with the composite race knob that had a V6 option. I recieved a call today that the MGW shifter will not work with a V6 and they are refunding my money and I will be contacting them Monday to return the shift knob. They were kind enough to refund my money and not just send me the product. I wanted to share this for my fellow V6'rs and hopefully they will update their website to reflect this is a V8 only application.

I've been waiting for V6 MGW shifter for two years now. George says he's working on it, and it's the same as the V8 shifter except for the two forward mounting arms. I was thinking about ordering a V8 shifter and just make my own arms to mount it?

I'm thinking if there is enough V6 guys that wanted one of these shifters, It might be worth George's time to develop it.
