Difference LLT engine
What is the difference between the 3.6L VIN D, 8th digit, LLT and the 3.6L VIN V, 8th digit, LLT?

The VIN is a standardized 17 digit code to identify your car. In North America, the eighth digit refers to a "vehicle attribute"- such as color, wheel package or other options.
Sorry, I don't know what your specific codes refer to. |

The only difference is that they used "V" to designate the LLT in 2010 and "D" in 2011. No difference in the engine themselves, just a different designation for a different model year.

We do our best. Our goal is to be an asset to the community, not sales people floating from thread to thread announcing, "WE SELL THAT! PICK ME, PICK ME!" like others.
