accidents happen, it's your car, you parked it there, it's your problem to fix, end of story.

Agree. Small claims court. You tell your story, he will tell his story, the judge decides who he believes most.

Tip: don't be a douche in court. State your case, be respectful to the judge, don't wear pants saggin' around your arse, etc. Let the other guy be a douche. You win.

Nope, I don't live in a bad area. I've never parked out it BFE and I've never had an issue with someone dinging my car up. But look at all the examples people have posted on here about parking out in BFE, then having someone mess with their car or park 1 inch away from it. The risk isn't worth it for me. That's why I always park on the fringe of cars-no cars.

Or people will hit you they don't care about other people.

My car is usually so far away it takes extra minutes to get in.

Hell in my garage at my gfs place I park 3 floors up where none else parks.

Because being the only car parked out in the middle of no where isn't making you a target for dicks at all.

I had 3 door dings on the passenger side. One that was fairly pointy and deep.

$150 from a PDR guy and you can't even tell they are there.

probably a choice location for car thieves and people looking to break in and steal stuff inside, the radio, or wheels.

An eye for an eye. I am sick of seeing people get away with stuff because of frog licking, tree huggers. Also thanks for your service :flag2:.

definitely find out what unit he is in and talk to his CO ... if need be, have security flag the car next time it goes thru the gate ... he should be held accountable for his actions, else he's gonna do it again and worse things might happen ... meantime, see if you insurance does cover the damage, maybe they'll even waive your deductible if you hand 'em a police report with the full story

Again quit going places with lower class people then.
In my area it's all high end Euro and luxury cars driven by upper class careless yuppies and bratty spoiled careless kids that open doors too hard.
Not malicious punks.

If you park away from them there is no issues.
