Dyno reads very low in SAE? The SAE correction factor is a standardized set of conditions that are applied to the uncorrected data from the dyno. Does not change the data recorded from the dyno. Sounds like inflated numbers are their specialty.

Does 375 rwhp look like an inflated number to you? Their STD numbers read 2-3% lower than any of the other 10 Dynojet 248's in the Dallas area. From day one the dyno has read low. I have personally dynoed 2000+ cars on this particular dyno when it was at a previous location.

Saturday I also dynoed a N/A 07 Zo6 that made 595rwhp on the STD factor. One hour later the same car made 605rwhp SAE at LG Motorsports.

Could be an inflated number, who knows what the state of the car is. Don't understand how their standardized correction factor built into winpep can be any different then the next guys tho.

You are making it very obvious you have not spent much time on a dyno.

Did you completely ignore what I said about the Zo6 dyno?

I had bought a smaller pulley to run with my set up too but Arvol advised me to not install it unless I went with KB Boost a pump as the A/F ratio would be above 12 and he'd feel better about leaving the stock pulley on there until he could install the KB.

Just a question... I got my Vortech with stock pulley and my A/F are high 11's .. just under 12 .. the OP stated on here that these cars should be around 13. Where should they be at? Is under 12 safer?

From what I have seen the high 11's would be good and safe on a blown car. That is where my TT cars' fuel/air's are set. Mid to slightly high 12's for a NA motor should be good to go.

What I find interesting is that the shop in question has not chimed in to defend.

My recommendation would be to head over to LG or ADM and have your issue rectified. If you paid for this shoddy work with a credit card, it is time to dispute some charges.

Refund given

We do appologize for your problem, we were closed for the holiday and would have liked to have had a chance to correct your issues. Our Dyno showed 379 hp when you left our shop.

You forgot to mention that you brought your car back to us with the other tune in it, and it made 348hp. you asked for your money back for the tune, and we gave it back to you, even though you are down on horsepower with your new tune.

Sounds to me like the stock tune on the Diablo was accidently loaded into the car...

Internet slandering can go a long way, this thread should have been locked a long time ago and issues gone to PM...

You failed to give him a printout either time.
You failed to tune the car correctly.
You failed to handle the problem the correct way when he did return. You told him over the phone that you would dyno the car and if it made more power with the new tune you would refund him 100% of his money. You then ran the car on the dyno and pulled up another dyno graph for him to look at from 5 days before.
You didnt think he would catch you showing him that?
Its a slap in the face that you refunded him $200 cash for the "tune" yet told him that the original tune was fine and it now makes less power.

This car was the 12th this year that I had to fix after it left your shop. How do you stay in business?
