1 piece driveshaft viberation
do 1 piece driveshafts vibrate at high speed,140 plus..I have a dss 1 piece Harley davison edition driveshaft vibrates bad at 140 plus,anyone else have that problem,they already sent me the longbox edition way to long,got it bad and thing acts like it wants to go to mars!!! anyone

It may need to be rotated on the u-joint. Contact DSS, they should help you out.

Anyone thats ever measured the angles of these drivetrains know why GM put a 2 piece driveshaft in them.

they had the driveshaft marked where it needed to be,wonder with the 3.91 gear that shaft spins alittle fast at 140

I have the CF 1 pc driveshaft - no vibration at speeds 130+
P.S. - I have 3.73 gears. M6 manual trans |

Thats what the offset bushing or trying to correct arent they?

I took out my DSS aluminum one peice and put the factory one back in. It made a lot of noise and vibrations. It is much more quiet and I can't tell the difference between the 1 and 2 piece. Yes, I installed it correctly.

talked to dss,they don't want to do anything about the problem,they say my car is the problem,my car has 17000 miles on it and I know it has never been wreaked,so thinking on getting it balanced myself.so much for a warranty!not happy at all
