ADM LSA Conversion qustions....
Some quick questions as I am very interested in the kit...
I just paid off my 2011 2SS/RS. it has around 30,000 miles on it currently but since I got a new job much much closer to home and have a daily driver... I wont be putting allot more on it in the near future. so my first question... is the millage something to worry about? meaning is supercharging this late in the game a sketchy deal??? i know the risks "it could blow the first day or at 100,000miles" and now more specifically about the ADM LSA kit... I would be buying the complete kit with a new supercharger... bedsides the kit what else do I need in the long run? 65lb injectors, zl1 fuel pump, and obviously tuning... do I need the injectors and fp right away? or can I push enough fuel safely with the stock LS3 equipment? thanks in advance. |

The best advice I can give you even if you don't plan on modding any further....
Add the fuel system that will give you room to grow. if you ever want to add a cam or pulley down, you won't be buying parts twice. So I'd personally go with the 65s or even better yet the 80lb injectors with the zl1 pump/ adm fpcm You will thank yourself later! try to find a lower mileage blower if possible or I'd it's a big deal buy the complete kit from adm. Just my 2 cents If you do buy a higher mileage one I would get the bearings changed in it for peace of mind

Adm I'm sure can answer the rest. at stock pulley I was told stock injectors were fine. Fuel requirements will be dictated by your power goals. Gl!

As far as laying a great foundation for future...Fuel Pump can only help not hurt...Injectors can Only help not hurt.New 1 step colder spark plugs can only help not hurt as well as a good cold air intake and headers. Hope this answers your questions and builds the confidence your looking for. |

I went with the setup at 45k miles. Car is strong and easily outperforms my previous setup. I made sure to go with the upgraded injectors and fuel pump. No use in not being smart about it.

Andy ships cars all the time. You would be surprised on the price to ship your car to texas and have them do it. Im sure andy would work you a great deal on it sending it down for an install and maybe some other mods. Shoot him a message or give him a call.

Andy installed his kit on mine with stock cats, Borla Touring exhaust, stock ZL1 fuel pump and intake. Very manageable setup for the street and not too expensive to start out with. LOTS of power over stock and the CAI and headers can be added later, when you're ready.

I might just start ordering the support stuff. injectors, ZL1 FP, Kooks 2" headers and then get the ADM kit. Throwing everything on at one time. reliability is like top priority...I don't daily the Camaro.... however like anyone I don't want to spend more time down then driving the car. so with that said I rather do the fuel support now. and other support modification I can do? meaning with reinforcement in mind over making more power.

Suspension if you've not done any. Trailing arms/bushings, cradle bushings (inserts, poly replacements, or solids - depend on what you intend to do with the car). Inserts are fine if you are limiting use, but solids would be first choice if not using inserts. I DD mine so I went with inserts since tracking/racing is limited.
BTW, ADM does have the solids. Inserts I used BMR -Don
