what is wrong with you....are you always wound up this tight? I commend you though this is your funniest post of all. You were actually being serious but from my 2 posts you concluded i'm not worthy of owning a ZL1...that is funny but too late. Congrats you can sleep well tonight knowing you won the war of words over nothing on camaro5.com.

I LOVE dry humor that comes in the form of sarcasm! Makes my day!

You guys should order the hood emblem or the grille emblem and put it on the dash you will never had a problem then.

The 2013 is completely different. Its raised lettering molded as part of the trim across the dash.

Mine was replaced under warranty and it is not embedded (smooth finish) but it is not the same as the original either. It is not coming off even when I rubbed over it while cleaning.

Let me add this, I was a show where our father and son team had both their 2013 ZL1's there. One is embedded, the other isn't. So they changed this sometime AFTER the 13's started shipping. Just an FYI.

My "Z" was ripped off partially while wiping the dash with a micro fiber cloth. When they replacing the trim piece the technician nicked the dash board on the corner...ended up have to replace entire dash....ouch...Kuddos to my service guy for pointing it out and being honest as I would have likely not noticed.

It is always nice to have the bumper to bumper warranty cover things like this! Please let us know if you have any questions, we are here for your convenience!
