The ARK N-II doesn't have rasp at all. I need to re-shoot, but the crackles in the audio are due to me being too close and it overwhelming the mic.

Since I installed mine last weekend (the MRT 1.0's), it's like driving the car for the first time all over again. It sounds great, and simply makes the car so much more fun to drive. It probably does increase my MPG, but I tend to drive a little harder now so that whole idea probably backfired. Seriously though, they look and sound great on the car.

Thats sickk dude I cant wait for them to come in next week. I was kind of rethinking if I should have gotten the ver 2 but I think I made the right choice. Have you noticed any type of power gains after installing them?

V-6 Exhaust

I had SLP Powerflow installed and its Bitch'n along with JBA shorty Headers, best decision I ever made. People who hear it cant believe that its not a V-8 under the hood.

Did you just have the 1.0 on and not a air intake or any of that?

MRT V1 and get the SS mid pipes, so you'll open the system up to 2.5" Check out the links in my sig to see what mine sound like, although I do have LT headers.

My vote is for the full solo exhaust with the j-tubes. It's what I have and sounds very deep with no drone at 1800-2300 with very little rasp.

Going solo gets rid of all the trash cans in the rear end. The sound is great ! I have had two, one on the coupe then one on my vert ! its not a V8 sound but its the most aggressive you will find. The sound is like you hear on F1. Why ? because those are V6's !

MRT v1 is your best option if you want loud. V1 and V2 are almost identical at the WOT, difference is v1 will give you rumble at idle but v2 will not.

Its simple.
V1 if you wanna be heard all the time
V2 if you wanna be heard only when you gun it.

No prob, after seeing your vid I saw the true potential of the MRT v1 with headers but since I need a quieter version to "sneak" around Ima go MRT v2 lol

Hi! I'm in the same situation as the OP. There's a catch, though: one of my neighbors has a very loud exhaust (not sure what it is, some asian riced-up car) and pretty mugh everyone on the street hate his car (mainly because it'll sometimes wake up kids at nights ). So, I'd like to have my car rumble a bit more, but not enough to get complaints. As such, I'm pretty sure I'll add a CAI (Injen, probably). But would a Borla or MRT 2.0 annoy my neighbors?

Phil

The thing about most exhaust systems on the V6 Camaro is that they sound pretty tame at idle and low revs. The MRT 2.0 should be acceptable for low-speed neighborhood driving.
