Complete control of the entire halo system, including custom programs for all the lights on the front of the car- even the DRL's, the fog lights, and the RGB grill lights. Once it's complete, I will be able to have total control of up to 32 individual channels of lights (not that I plan to use all of them) and the nice thing is that the system is wifi based, so it's all done though the iPhone.

Hi Matt! Checking out your journal, again, and I still say this the best looking ZL1 I've seen to date! That must of seriously caused unneeded stress, the guy backing into you, glad the shop did a top notch job. I would've reached into my trunk for some accident stress relief, on the guys head, that is. The lighting package you put together is unbelievable. I gotta hit the Lotto cause now that's next on my wish list, the video in #132 is wicked. Plain and simple, it looks EVIL! Your ZL1 should be in a Movie! With Satan behind the wheel, that's how Bad Ass that BEAST looks. I Love It. Great Job!

I did order the Noweeds yesterday, I'll let you know how the install comes out/sounds soon. If I do those lights like yours, can't wait for some jerk to stomp on it to race me, and then I'll hit the Red & Blue lights and make the the guy crap his pants. Of course as he is hitting the brakes and pulling over, I'll stomp on it and disappear!

I am sure that's me then. I live in Glen Carbon, so I am in Edwardsville pretty regularly.

Since you're local, you should consider joining our Camaro club. Here's a link to our Facebook page:

I hope to see you around!

This is a very nicely modded ZL1, I have to say that I am a tad bit jealous! Sorry to hear about the loss of your good friend daisy, I am very close to both of my dogs Hercules and Athena, I will be in the dumps when that day comes! Keep up the great work I will stay tuned.......

Hi Matt, Our condolences. I know it takes a long time to get over the loss of a beloved pet. Our pets, I don't even like calling them pets, our "children" is more appropriate because they are our family, they mean the world to us. We had to do something similar not long ago and my heart still aches. I just think about all the joy and happiness they bring each and every day! We have two Australian Cattle Dogs, Banjo, my Boy, and Dingo my husbands fat little girl.

Well, it has been a fun few days with the car! I spent a few days last week (taking my time) installing the NightOwl halo kit. I spent yesterday (Saturday) washing and waxing getting ready for the Super Chevy Show in St. Louis. About halfway through my detail, the skies opened up, but luckily I had decided to wash and wax inside my garage yesterday to avoid the sun and potential water spotting.

This morning still looked a little dreary and rainy outside, but by 9am it had started drying out and I headed down to Gateway Motorsports Park for the final day of the fun and the class judged show. It turned out to be a really nice day (a little hot) for the show. There was a decent turnout of some really nice Chevy's. We had 4 members of our club show up, and all four of us won awards!

I don't do a lot of shows, but I was really excited to have won my first time today! I was my class award winner, which resulted in a nice plaque and a jacket! Here are some pics:

And a little Instagram my wife did:

Finally, a shout out for Southern Illinois Camaro Club. We had 4 members attend the show today and we all won awards!

All in all, a pretty productive week on the Camaro front. I also ordered a few new mods, which should be here soon. Which reminds me that I have a few parts to sell too! I guess I should get on that!

As always, thanks for stopping by!
