Mine is an auto and it flys, spins the tires plenty when you floor it & goes sideways (atleast 50-100 feet), does 13.3 @106 bone stock. I'm happy with it. As far as not feeling the speed this means the car was well built to handle it. You will always want more.

...but did you have the nannie(s) off or on (haha). I wanted to see what it would do with all of that stuff left on, and I had the bank president with me when I laid it down.

Like riding the back of a tiger is the only way I can express it.

You beat on it, but be careful - it might bite back.

I'm 99% sure I have a TR6060

and I'm 99% sure you don't have any room to talk about my car, considering yours is more than likely not even a bolt on car?

k thanks!

must be over rated on HP. My LT-4 330 HP Grand Sport will do the exact times without any wheel spin.

LT-4s were underrated as far as hp was concerned though.....

Agree...... gear choice at given speeds because of the rear end gearing......Punch it at 60mph in 4th an then do the same at 60 in 3rd HUGE difference...My only point was to take your car out and "learn" how to drive it because it is probably a very different animal than anything you have driven before..and by you I don't mean you specifically just owners in general..3:73 would make this beast almost unmanageable with T/C and S/T turned off..

Ding ding ding ding!!! We have a winner! GM obviously choose some gears to try and coax max gas mileage out of these things. I'm learning about the sweet spot myself.

I bet some 3.73's would make this thing a beast all the way around.

The L99 is probably quicker out of the hole with its 4.03 first gear, and the gearing looks closer too.

Maybe a set of 4.30s and a big h/c set up on bald street tires. 380rwhp unmanageable with a set of 3.73s in a 3900lb car? LOL! IMO the fun hasn't even gotten close to starting...
