NO torque converter. We'll do that later. But here is the general parts list for the install.

Custom Camshaft
TEA/PAC .650 Lift Dual Gold Spring Kit with Titanium Retainers - Uses Stock Locks
Comp 5/16 7.400 Hardened Pushrods
Comp Trunion Kit for Stock Rockers
Katech C5R Timing Chain
GM "Dogbone" Tensioner
Melling High Volume Oil Pump for LS Engines
Comp Drop In High Performance Lifters
GM LS2 Front Cover LOADED
GM LS2 Lifter Trays (set of 4)
3 Bolt Conversion Timing Gear - NON VVT
ARP LS2/LS3 Head Bolt Kit
GM 6.2 MLS Head Gaskets- PAIR
NGK RT6 Plugs
3.2" Drive Pulley
Gates Belt for smaller diameter pulley
KBB Boost Pump for forced induction Hey look! That's BAP
Cam, lifters, rockers, springs, pulley and belt I get. But the '3 Bolt timing gear Non VVT' ~ is that the LS3 conversion piece? Or are you doing that?

EDIT: Nevermind. I read Hugger's thread about Oshawa That's horrible. Now I know what the 3 Bolt Conversion is all about!

Well, the conversion really is the lifters, cam and pushrods. Or maybe even just the lifters and cam. But, ya. I'm gonna be an LS3, but ALWAYS be Team L99.

(It's really about the transmission anyway)

How do they get out of the car without hitting the door in the trailer? Does the guy ride in your car the whole way back to Vengeance?

Actually it was me who drove it in. You have to climb out the window.

Do you still have all your fingers and toes?

Seriously, good luck to you on this. I think you are smart to let those who have worked on so many of these cars have a look at it. They have the testing equipment and tools that most of us don't have access to. You've done an amazing job with your car. Now you can let them put the icing on to make it perfect. It will be sooooooooo fun when you get it back.

You are gentle with your words.

Say it like it is.

Nah, it's pretty impressive you've taken it as far as you have. My hat is off to you

Even the big boys get stumped sometimes.

Well, Chris had a good point. I was kinda feeling down a bit for not being able to complete the task, so to speak, and he gave me a gem from his father in law.

"Who the **** do you think you are?"

Respect to the pros. I could do the cam I have no doubt. But considering my time constraints and the recent bout of engine failures, I don't want to leave anything to chance. So I figured why not let one of the best take a stab.
