Fluid, fluids and more fluids... Clean ones.
Do what you feel is best. Your internal Barometer is usually the best place to start...
Get better.

I'm kinda like that as well...but I keep my fingers crossed a lot...

Only difference here is with me it's people break... 25 years as a paramedic, and I was known as a walking poop magnet... little dark cloud shadowed me...

I want to say it's .35 but certainly do not quote me on that...

spend more money...lose some weight...

room for improvement...

I've changed the gear ratio in the diff and in the trans... got slicks for the drag strip and will use road course style slick race tires for the mile...

ARP is good stuff. Did they use the ARP torque assembly lube?

as for fire-ringing the heads...

here's a quick overview

http://www.puredieselpower.com/Tech/...ringoring.html

and here's a pic

Basically, a groove is cut (usually in the head, but sometimes both the head and block), and a steel ring is sandwiched between the head and block which helps prevent blown head gaskets when upping the cylinder pressure in high HP builds.

I personally would not go for a build like you are without fire ringing the heads... just extra security.

People break around me too... well... I break people...lol

you should bring your car over here to NC and put it in the wind tunnel so we can do some testing...

Yes, let me help you. What operating system do you use ?
Windows XP. OK, you must first purchase an updated OS and then I can treat you. Do you have Anti-Virus ? No ? Well than that is your problem. No Anti-Virus and you get infected...

yup, except when the fluids come back up faster than they go down...

I just got home a little while ago... spent almost two days in a hospital/clinic in Mexico with 15-20 liter bags of IV fluids and lots of IV medications being pumped into me over a 36 hour period. and the quack in New Orleans told our rig medic that I wasn't at risk of dehydration so leave me on the rig.... dumba.......

That fire ring stuff is cool... No, we didn't do any of that, but unlike Bruce, I'm not looking for enough boost to launch the space shuttle... just Brandi... we'll probably stop around 18-20... maybe, and then throw some nitrous on her for good measure... and that 18-20 will be higher than my rear tire pressure so I fit inthe crazy league with Bruce

did you say wind tunnel.....????????????????????? hmmmmmmmmmm....

WebMD would have gotten better answers than we got from one of the docs....in the states....
