That's the same amount I plan to put down, I have 6k now but thought you had to wait till may 10th and I also have been annoying a dealership about for the past month you could say.

My sales woman must think I am nuts (Iam according to my wife) she keeps saying I have never had a customer this exited or informed about a new car purchase. When I start to think I am not normal and there is something wrong with me I come on here and read some posts and realize I am fine according to "our world"

LOL, yeah, kinda got the same from my dealer. When we were putting my order in it kept not accepting it cause they were using the Blue Ray Metallic. Thanks to another post on here I told them to just change it to SIM for now and it should go through, they didn't really believe me, but I got them to do it and sure enough preliminary order accepted. The guy jokingly said dang it I hate it when the customer is right, haha.

The anticipation is killer. I swear this time last year I wasn't even interested in buying a Camaro and then I was introduced to Camaro5. First it was a love affair with the SS and then I saw and read about the ZL1. Now I'm paying my truck off early and day dreaming about when I can bring her home lol.

Has anyone from Canada received a 2013 Order Number from their dealership, and had GM Customer Service confirm an order status number?

Man this just keeps getting better and better...........my dealer still swears i am getting a 2012, but she has not been picked up yet.............the dealership owner was supposed to call GM last week....will find out soon..........i have to if I am going to resubmit a 2013 order...........

I didn't get an order number when I visited the dealer Friday and confirmed my deposit position and options as the options / ordering guide was released the day before.

I was assuming the real orders couldn't go in until May 10th, when the allocation numbers are released to the dealers.

I received an order #. I placed my order on the 19th and phoned my dealer today and he gave it to me. # QHMCTJ.

Orders can be placed anytime now. Mine was entered last Thursday the 19th.

However, that's all it is, is an order entered via the web. Yes you'll get your order number and you can check on it's progress on GMConnects.com, But the order will not advance until and IF the dealer gets an allocation for 2013 that they can use for your order.

Dealer allocations for the 2013 MY have NOT been determined just yet, and I don't think it will happen until mid-May.
