Anyone tried to put a Vert up on jack stands? It does not appear there are may good spots to put the stands....probably going to have to invest in a second jack soon so I can lift her up easily if I am going to keep rotating my own tires.

I know, I could have the dealer or some other bozo do it, but too many bad experiences with others either not tightening lugs or tightening them too tight. Besides, I like taking a peek at a few things once it a while.

Don't blame you. And I can't find it at the moment but there is a thread for jack points on the vert.

Yeah it sucks. And because I have the SS, a spare not really an option. I mean I could make a front work for the back in a pinch. Will debate it. Excited for tomorrow morning.

Guess our cars are no longer "before their time" now. Just wish I could drive it! One month down, 2 to go!

I've been considering updating my DD from an SUV to a truck. That might fill the void until spring if I could only convince myself a truck is more practical than a SUV.

As an honorary 6/6 member, my better half and I are starting plans to go. (Early in the planning stages of course.)

It'll be my first time at one of these events. AND being so close to family (we'd be driving from Colorado) we'll probably make a bit of a vacation out of it. Trying to convince her to take a trip to the Tail of the Dragon afterwards. That might be a little harder to do.

Probably too far to drive and still balance time off work. Looks like a blast though.
