It would appear this is the same mild cam they posted about here: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23786
I'm glad to see that with tuning you were able to raise the lower RPM power levels up above stock. It's amazing what a good tune will do. And you picked up some very formidable gains up top as well! 50RWHP for ~ $700 or so? $400 for the cam, $300 for a tune (I'm just completely guessing on what you charge for that). Anyone competent enough to do a cam swap in their garage will be VERY happy to hear this. This appears to be BY FAR the biggest bang for the buck. Can't wait to see what CAI, Long Tubes, and a catback (or cutout) will do for this beast. Keep us posted! |

Now this is going to blow your mind, but, I spoke to Andy this am and was told he flashed the computer back to stock, NO TUNE, to get to 400 RWHP. Whether there is more to be had thru a tune Andy will have to let you know. At least he has a baseline to work from with stock tune. A $300-$400 savings?? Hope I did not misunderstand what I think I heard from him. If I did he will let us know for sure.
