1LE struts & shocks on SS

Anyone do this yet. I bought the Pedders lowering springs and need to decide on my stock shocks(2014 SS) or use the 1LE parts. They should be better than the Koni Strs. No telling when the koni Yellows will be released. On the 1LE forum individual used the pedders on his 1LE including track with good results.

autocross. Already have 255/45/20 on 9in wheels in front and 275/40/20 on 10in wheels on back. Plus ZL1 sways in the garage with the springs.

Latest info I found was the 1LE rear shocks are monotube and the front struts are basically the same just revalved.

I had SS shocks on my RS and I upgraded to the 1LE package and it was a noticeable difference in handling. Much firmer ride as well but I like it.

We just finished installing the 1LE struts and shocks into a customers 2010 with Hotchkis springs. Ride quality was very nice and just from street driving it felt more controlled and the car seemed to hook up better when taking off. This is a high horsepower car, over 700, and the customers feedback was that the car was easier to drive and it felt more planted when cornering on uneven pavement.
Upon examination his stock struts and shocks were worn out, r/f was leaking, both rears were really weak upon removal. We reused his existing Hotchkis springs.
