^That's very outdated information. Kraftwerks is part of SKunk2 and Grams Performance Group A Autosports. One of the bigger aftermarket performance companies.

Wonder when the last time that was that the info was updated? I've personally seen more than 4 employees there when I've visited the shop.

That makes this whole warranty thing even worse, being one of the bigger companies then they should really demand better customer service/warrany agreements with suppliers, 2 months for a small company ok, but a bigger one no no shouldn't happen

According to Kraftwerks they should hear back in about 7-10 days about warranty claim. However being that there is a chargeback, no replacement will be shipped until that is closed.

Needless to say I hope it ends up working out between all parties involved

Is that also assuming the Rotrex was in fact defective, or will OP be getting a new Rotrex regardless of what caused the failure?

That's based on Rotrex determining it was defective. If they inspect it and find out it was oil starved or debris inside they wouldn't cover it most likely.

WOW...Just wow! I damaged my blower and Paxton checked it and told me what failed and how within a week and a half. My fault, which it was.
They directed me back to ECS to buy another head unit. ECS has been professional as always in helping me get my build back up and running.

When you break it, man up. Never charge back the seller unless it was the sellers fault.

I didn't break it. I literally had about 10 miles or less on it. Took it VERY easy as I was with Jannetty, going back and forth, for tuning..... :(

If I truly believed it was my fault, that would be a different story!!! I am not out to hurt anybody, nor do I want to be hurt. I had hours and PRIDE doing this install. Didn't think I would get there by myself. But, I did. And it was satisfying..........for just a minute!
